Position Title: HR Trainee

Location: Gurgaon

Reports To: HR Manager

Position Overview:

The HR Trainee will assist the Human Resources department in various administrative and strategic tasks, gaining hands-on experience in all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in HR, offering valuable exposure to HR practices in a dynamic work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
  • Help in the onboarding process by preparing employee documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support the organization of training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Assist in tracking employee progress and feedback on training programs.
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process, including collecting feedback, preparing reports, and helping to facilitate discussions between managers and employees.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents, managing HR databases, and handling routine correspondence.
  • Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns, promoting a positive work environment, and participating in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Participate in various HR projects, such as employee satisfaction surveys, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and process improvement efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Recent graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.


  • Experience: Previous internship or work experience in an HR-related role is a plus, but not mandatory.
